Landscape Crew
Full-Time
Job Summary
Our Team Members enjoy installing unique designs and want to learn more.
Major Responsibilities/Activities
Installation of materials (hard and soft) as directed
Always cordial and professional with clients
Minimum Requirements
Valid Minnesota Driver’s license and ability to drive to different sites
Ability to do simple math and read measurements
Ability to follow safety rules
Able to lift 70lbs
Ability to work outside
Available for overtime as needed
Landscape Foreman
Full-Time
At Lakeside landscape our Landscape’s foreman position requires a dependable, motivated, and experienced person to direct day to day activity of a 2 – 4 person landscape crew. This crew would be responsible for proper installation of softscapes and hardscapes including but not limited to: edging, fabric, trees, plants, rock, drainage, sod, patios, and retaining walls.

Responsibilities Include:
This position requires the ability to work and communicate with the design team and project manager. The ability to read and execute landscape plans, perform elevation and math calculations, with the goal of quality and timely landscape installation.

Daily Crew Preparation
Review landscape plan for site information. Review job ticket for material list and equipment. Oversee loading of equipment and material selection. Communicate with project manager/sales team on job progress, trucking, and material needs.
​
Accurate Record Keeping
Log daily time cards, track labor and material use for each job both in and out. Properly complete job ticket. Track and return excess material to designated areas at the shop.
​
Direct Projects on-site
Maintain a safe work environment while producing timely and quality job production. Maintain open communication with project manager/sales on any infield changes or job complications.
